He should visit Houston, TX and Atlanta, GA a few more times as Houston is #1 in all domestic & international sex trafficking and Atlanta is #2 in this area.
Living in Houston, I know that all the strip clubs, nail & hair salons, and small shops that run along the I-10 are areas of known human trafficking. (crime-stoppers.org) It gets worse, Houston has over 200 strip clubs that cater to both male & female. HPD can close down a few, but two more will open up somewhere else every month. Its not just sex it's mostly labor human trafficking via by illegal immigration (human smuggling) or by legal trafficking (Traveling to get a job in whatever under false pretenses.)
The reason for the I-10 corridor is that this road is the main artery between El Paso and Houston, Texas for transportation to easily transport victims across the state with most victims from South America while the two largest airports, Bush International and Hobby to import in international victims. What even makes it worse for LEOs and HPD is the high density of black, latin, and asian populations in this city makes it easy for victims to blend in preventing apprehension as well the city of Houston is ran by moronic democrats while still illegally being a Sanctuary city makes the problem worse.
What seems to work is anti-human trafficking ops during sport events (espn.com) because it draws in alot of suspects from different states and countries.
