She clearly has an issue recognizing her level of importance or lack thereof. At some level I can see what see means, there is a possibility an ambassador could be at risk. However there is a HUGE difference in being in a fairly stable westernized country like Ukraine VS being in a shit hole like Libya. Pompous blowhard is a good way to describe her for making that statement.
