Well, on one hand: Good, eating is clearly against the rules in the subway and there are signs everywhere saying so that's fair enough.

But since when was street shitting and open intravenous drug usage somehow perfectly cool?!!?! That city is completely fucked and has been for some time now. It was awesome 20 years ago, but we saw it turning to shit and noped the fuck on out.

They're probably just trying to stop homeless from using prisons as social housing but that means you could just take drugs and then claim you're homeless to avoid any kind of retribution lol. Honk.

He wasn't arrested for eating, he was going to get a citation for that. He was arrested for refusing to give his name to the cop.
