Do you really think they can be civilized if they were raised up like Whites? It's obvious that doesn't work, and there are some scientific studies that prove it. It is a fundamental character flaw, instinct, baked in, DNA or whatever you want to call it.

My point is that culture derives from the animal, which is why their behavior remains the same no matter how they are raised.
Compatibility comes from behavior and character. Most dogs are compatible with humans, niggers are not. They are all pitbulls.
