I really like this idea for a property that has no structure on it and would cost a ton to build on. If you can get water/septic and some power generation and a starlink then it seems great. Too bad most of the areas I would want to put one of these probably is too harsh for them to hold up very well.

If nothing else, it could be a temp solution for while you do build a larger house on some land and it seems a lot better than a trailer.

Don't forget. Huge box stores did this decades ago and you had to self assemble them. This is just a simple version of that in the modern times.
