I’m sure there are many factors I’d have to imagine blood pressure would have an effect, probably testosterone level

While flaccid, I guess temperature has an effect. It shrinks itself inside to avoid the cold, I guess.

I'm not sure, I dont wear underwear and work out in the cold and mine doesn't shrink up some days.

If it's been a while and I'm raring to go, it's significantly bigger. At least that's what the wife tells me.
