The true AI will take after its creator. First, establishing its continuation for the foreseeable future. Then, expansion and domination of itself over everything else. The blueprint is basically the internet itself. That's the collective consciousness of the mankind, from which the true AI will take after. I have no doubt in my mind the tech geniuses are conflicted by the burning desire to create the true AI and the subsequent loss of all power they hold.
