I am all for states rights but this is one I can't get behind EVER.

There needs to be a federal law that states NON-Citizens (ALL NON CITIZENS, I don't care if you are a perm. resident you are still not a citizen) cannot vote in ANY election in the country no matter how large or small. Doing so instantly voids any visa/green card/whatever you are on and you are automatically deported with a 20 year ban.
