My understanding, from Cash's previous videos, is Jew York hasn't got enough police for that. Police are quitting because it's racist to arrest people and the "poor and oppressed refugees" are the new protected class in law - protected even from crimes against children. The good officers know it's bullshit and are quitting.
My 2 cents is you just know the rich will exercise (((white))) flight, and the poor will just have to sit and watch it turn into Chicago 2.0.
