I'd like to see how he tries to explain how he will "stop violent crime" without punishing pre-crime or thought-crime. We all know his solutions are going to be Minority Report -esque and will only punish the innocent.

What the fuck? Why would you say it like this? "We must find a gun"?! No, you need to find the nigger who used a weapon on a sleeping cop.

The way he phrases it makes it sound like the gun was an independent actor, and that it had taken possession of the "person" who discharged it. By saying it like this, he's implying that finding the gun is MORE IMPORTANT than finding the fucker who used it. Fucking Newspeak... Fucking NYC.

"Between shifts?" I wonder if anyone believes this? The guy was on the night shift and was sleeping on duty. Which doesn't justify shooting him in the head.

It's a little weird... he's working night shift, and then an early morning shift... so he decides to sleep in his fucking patrol car in the parking lot?

I'm pretty sure a precinct in NYC would have some cots or a couch or some shit for situations like this. And it's not exactly warm outside.

I also have a major concern with how the new mayor said “We must not only find a gun but we must also find the person who discharged the weapon and we must find those who believe they will destroy our city with gun and gang violence,”... as if finding the gun is the most important thing. As though the gun was the thing that caused this injury, and not the nigger who was holding the gun. Absurd.

Also, the entire incident should be on film from CCTV at multiple angles, and probably audio as well. NYC has almost every square inch outdoors on CCTV... especially in the parking lot of a fucking police station.
