What the fuck? You hear a child screaming shit like this you call the cops and maybe break the fucking door down. The mother might be "crazy" but she deserves the death penalty for this. There is little more horrible than killing your own child.
Stop trying to blame this shit on "she might not get citizenship". You know what? People like this SHOULD NOT GET CITIZENSHIP. Rather, they should be given treatment wherever the fuck they are from. Not imported to our country to do insane shit like this.
You are not going to guilt trip me to think this woman would NOT kill her kid of she was given citizenship. It might just be that since she was in America it took her this long to kill her kid. In other countries she could probably get away with it.
