Yes, had a disgusting pajeet 40 years older than me do all sorts of insane things. The highlight reel is; sniffing my hair every day, staring at me for extended intervals (typically 10+ mins), swiping his genitals against my body, and trying to get me alone with him on company property.
After my husband (biological female here) got angry, I complained with evidence. I had co-workers back me up. They didn't fire him until the owner of the company caught him watching porn on his computer.
Truthfully, I wouldn't have stayed long enough to make a second complaint, at a certain point you just have to leave for your own safety. Eight harassment claims is high. Unless there was some sort of contractual agreement keeping her there, she had a responsibility to leave. Hopefully we get more info on this case!
The answer is not for the harrassed to leave in a perfect world. Why would someone give up a good job?
Of course not, but if your employer fails to protect decent behavior, its time to leave! After 8 complaints she should have gotten the hint.
no, she did exactly as she should have. she filed complaints, the company did nothing to fix the problem and now she is going to be compensated. why leave empty-handed?
