Buried a few paragraphs down:

An analysis of the data also revealed that most young men lived in so-called ‘vulnerable areas’, with almost all coming from a migration background.

So try and make a 'point'. Sweden is an Armed country and most of Europe is a disarmed sheep pen, so 12 shootings would make it the 'leader'. Now cover the Fact that there are more deaths from Swords in England than shootings in NY City. Translation= there is No such thing as 'gun violence' because a firearm is a piece of steel like a hammer or a sword.

Nope, I don´t think you know the reality of Sweden, it is very difficult to get a gun permit in Sweden, only in Switzerland they are heavily armed because military service is compulsory in Switzerland and people are allowed to store their rifles at home once they remain reservists.

My mistake. You are correct that i was wrong and i was thinking Switzerland. That does not change the fact that deaths from shooting (anywhere) has never been the cause or fault of the presence of a firearm. The gold standard of gun control is Chicago+gun control=762 murders every year.

Well the post wasn´t so much about firearms, but more about Sweden being at the bottom of European countries for gun violence in 2000 and in the last 20 years, it now leads deadly gun violence in Europe, something must have happened in that last 20 years to end up like that. I think "Profesor de la Paz" already found the reason for that in his comment above.
