The answer had been clear for decades. Stop feeding the animals. Anyone who knows how a deer herd in managed knows this. If you feed them, they will breed. If they breed, they will need more food. It's a vicious cycle. The level at which the niggers in Africa (or America for that matter) can feed themselves is much, much below their present population, and their population keeps growing, thanks to misguided liberal policies driven by Jews. At some point, the food is going to stop flowing to niggers, and then they will experience a collapse in population numbers. Which is inevitable because *we kept FEEDING the fuckers*.
