Hate crimes are retarded. If it's premeditated murder, the crime is premeditated murder. You're motivation is irrelevant. For instance if someone that hates Jews plans to and then kills a jew cause he hates them (yes I know everyone including Jews hate Jews) how is that worse than if a wife plans to and then does murder her husband for life insurance? The answer is it's not worse, no matter how you slice it you committed premeditated murder. Both must be treated equally under the law.
