What does this say about the value of that "currency"?

I probably owe 100 Poalbucks by now but I would say that giving one Mugback to repay that debt would be too much.

Where is the exchange rate ceiling? Would you give one of your Mugbacks for 100 Poalbucks? 1,000? 1,000,000?

I suppose. Fair enough. The first Bank of Mug will set the exchange rate by purchasing 7,000,000,000 Poalbucks for the generous price of 1 Mugback. Always feels good to help a hapless, struggling, sham currency out once in a while. You're welcome.
