Yes, the Mugback Exchange is operating illegally and is currently restricted by a cease and desist order. Violators of this order will be sent to Voat as punishment for their crimes against Poalr land.

Like @Owlchemy said, a (phony) cease and desist doesn't stop the bank from operating. It's our position that a majority of mug Court justices would have to weigh in in favor of this order for it to even be valid. And even if that were the case, we would appeal.
