By order of The Supreme Court of Mug, Associate Justice Owlchemy, the 1st Bank of Mug is hereby ordered to cease and desist all operations. With this order, the Mugback Exchange shall be suspended from performing any transactions until viable allegations of Bank Fraud are officially adjudicated by this court.

All accounts established in the Mugback Exchange shall be frozen in place and no further transactions shall be processed until this order is rescinded. Failure to comply with this court order will be result in the forfeiture of any and all funds or shares of Mugbacks, bought, sold, traded, or loaned, to include loan repayments, by the parties involved. This shall also include forfeiture of all available reserves held by the institution itself if this order is ignored.

The following officers and shareholders of the 1st Bank of Mug are hereby notified of this legal action.

I was not convened in this injunction therefore I find it unlawful And suspend the suspension until the court has time to get its shit in order

As an individual justice, I am permitted to issue the order. It will be adjudicated with a full hearing before the full court at a later date to be established.

Hey, even President Trump has to cease and desist when some leftist Judge rules against one of his policies until the full court meets.
