Strange circumstances that somehow manage to benefit the guy who owes me mugbacks is purely coincidental. Though I applaud that you have been consistently asking for transparency. I feel people like you are vital to making this work.

It's not rigged. Everyone who applied for reparations got mugbacks, we had a contest and a guy who was in second place became first... for reasons. Very fair.
