How do you get in debt? If payment is tendered at the time of transaction, there should be nothing owed. But I guess there is a (((system of usury))) you could initiate and loan them at interest. I guess you can hope for Fauxahontas to require the rest of us to pay it off for you. :)

To answer your main question, it is up to lenders not to make stupid loans that will get them burned. Some of your loans seem to have deadlines for repayment and others don't, so I imagine your lenders might be in need of lawyers soon. Is that why you've instituted a court system? Clever.
