I don't watch many movies but was dragged to this one. Here's my overview:

The film itself is paced beautiful and not one part felt like fluff or padding. From the very beginning scene where the Penguin Army assembled outside their city with grim determination in their faces, reminiscent of grim Wagnerian stoicism in the opening scene of Kolberg (1945), the movie presents a world of racially homogenous ethnostates which must work together in order to expel a globalistic military force of destruction led by Bowser, a being driven soley by his miscegenistic desire to defile a Nordic Aryan princess who is appalled by the thought of doing so (a conviction she never breaks form, even if it means the genocide of her kingdom, she clings to the purity of her blood at all costs, trusting in Providence to deliver a hero of her own race to save her.

For a cartoon that's also cute and for kiddos in a sea of Hollywood garbage I say it's extremely well done. Recommend for anyone w/ children...

That was a heck of a review. Thanks. Grandson wants to go see it so I guess we're going.

I was pleasantly surprised. Kiddo and her 2 friends we brought loved it (16f, 15f, 15m). Gf also liked it at 27 and she never played Mario games. I'm mid 30s and enjoyed it so it covers a wide range of ages that can finally enjoy a form of entertainment without any degeneracy.

If you want to stream to your TV or screenshot it here is a cam version. Most cam versions on this site are decent quality if you don't mind a watermark during some parts. https://solarmovie.pe/movie/watch-the-super-mario-bros-movie-free-95023

I was most surprised at not feeling bad about giving my money to see this. Popcorn and drinks are ridiculous. We haven't been out to a movie in almost 3 years and drinks are now 7.50 for a large or 4 for bottled water. Popcorn 6.50. Didn't matter though bc we filled GFs xl movie purse with burgers, bottled drinks, and candy. I'll be damned if I'm to spend 100-150 to enjoy an hour and a half movie.

Grandson wants to go to the theater. He's never been. The only concern I have is being in a dark room with strangers.

Got me sold. I’d love to actually take kiddos to the movies for a change.
