Someone 400lbs is most likely obese. The fact they can lift 245 is phenomenal because first, it’s way above the average and second, it means he’s working out hard to improve himself. Sounds like you’re new to all of this, given that you’re spouting basics.
It sounds like every hypothetical for you is failing! 245 is a great accomplishment depending upon bodyweight. Neither of this has been known. 245 is a workout weight for many.
Sure 245 is a workout weight for many. Hell its a workout weight for me. But for many many more, 245 is a big achievement.
