All time record. I got up at 6, ran 3 miles in the woods with dog, then went to gym and put up 245. I am happy with myself.

Get your ass up and do something, anything. Don’t drink any alcohol (just for today brothers) and do some exercise, stop being a fat lazy faggot. Do anything, walk, bike, run, lift, anything.

Watch out for niggers.

Good luck

Dude think about what you just said. If OP is a 400lb man - that out of shape - then benching 245 is great for him.

Apparently physics isn't your strongest subject or weight lifting, specifically power lifting. By minimum standards you should be able to lift your body weight. Try the pull up? Now the bench press you're utilizing 5 of the strongest muscles on the body. The thigh being the largest. You're incorrect.

Someone 400lbs is most likely obese. The fact they can lift 245 is phenomenal because first, it’s way above the average and second, it means he’s working out hard to improve himself. Sounds like you’re new to all of this, given that you’re spouting basics.

It sounds like every hypothetical for you is failing! 245 is a great accomplishment depending upon bodyweight. Neither of this has been known. 245 is a workout weight for many.
