Only the state can stop them (I know antigov crowd will cringe). But let's be realistic here, who are "we" to tell them to stop? If they get the memo "stop your shit" from governmental authorities, it's going to get different. of course you'll still have some going out of their way but then one can legitimately call authorities on them "these loons put us at risk by doing their shit again"

Yeah they'll have a point and then state of emergency etc, and this will have to get sorted out in court, and that's a month down the road meanwhile raus or get in jail
