Have you witnessed moderator or adminisrator of an online community doing any of the following things?:

- Misusing their powers?
- Abusively behaving against you or anyone else?
- Suspending innocent users for no apparent reason?
- Treating you or someone else like a pile of garbage?
- Lacking morality?
- Cognitive biasses such as:
- Cognitive dissonance?
- Argumentum ad verecundiam
- Argumentum ad populum
- Using pseudo-arguments and logic-terminating hammer phrases such as „ because I said so“ (or variations of it) in response to legitimate questions.
- Acting against logic and rationality?
- Acting against their own ethics and policies?
- Acting unpredictably, unreasonably and harmful because “at our sole discretion” ? (A shady policy to watch out for.)
- Prejudicing and stigmatizing users?
- Deliberately misguiding users?
- Moderative fishing and banning opportunists?
- Enforcing hidden policies?
- Enforcing retroactive policies?
- Behaving extremely pessimistic: Assuming bad faith without indication?
- Silencing you before you could say anything?
- Unjustly labelling you an “ass-kisser”?
- Just coming out of nowhere and inexplicably banned you without warning?
- Catch-22'ingusers? (Banning before possible statement, then stigmatizing any other method of communication as ban evasion .)
- Deleting legitimate posts, threads, pages and edits?
- Closing legitimate threads?
- Cancel culture and other corruption?
- Destructively criticizing users?
- Ignorance?
- Lacking dignity?
- Lacking honesty?
- Lacking sympathy?
- Behaving hostile and aggressively? (actively or passively)
- Putting friendship above rationality and morality?
- Lying / denying misconduct?
- Verbally attacking users?
- Brigading practices against users?
- Deliberately provoking users?
- Failing to acknowledge their own flaws and errors?
- Unable to handle legitimate criticism?
- Responding to user inquiries in an insincere, unprofessional way?
- Or neglecting those entirely?
- Suddenly happens to have “no time” when an issue arises?
- Turned a minor incident into chaos?
- False self-proclamations and/or allegations?
- Making false accusation against users?
- E.g. misuse of buzzwords such as “trolling”.
- Using thought-terminating clichées.
- Labelling one's legitimate constructive criticism as a personal attack or similar?
- Blame shifting?
- Responding to legitimate questions with strawman's arguments ?
- Elevated arrogance and high levels of egoism?
- Gaslighting users?
- Randomly scapegoating users?
- Unreasonable usage of block lists?
- Disengagement?(Missing in Action when needed) ( Not actively abusive, but irresponsible. )
- Being utterly unthankful for one's contributions?
