In light of all the Fentanyl Floyd stuff, the department secretaries all directed their IG's to conduct studies into "racial disparities" and "systemic racism" in the military. This is what the IG for the AF has been putting together for a few months after gathering crime stats and survey answers.

Anyway, it says exactly what anyone racially conscious is thinking, blacks get caught at twice as much crime per capita even among our "smartest" branch. 150 pages of, "Well, looks like there's a disparity in every measurable thing between blacks and the rest of the force, but I'll be darned if I can figure out why!" Plus it actually admits like every third sentence there's no causation and they can't assume any vs immediately blaming whitey a la CRT. Roughly twice the court martial rates, nonjudicial punishment, etc. data in there. The rest is the result of a survey they sent out. Holding out trying to make it to 20 and retire before more madness sets in, but we'll see if I get cancelled before then too. I've saved it, I recommend archiving it among at least a few people so when they come around in a few months bleating about how evil whites are based on this study...you know how it goes.

I've only skimmed it so far, but I'm surprised by two things. The charts I glimpsed didn't go any earlier than 2012 maybe 2010. I'm curious if a similar study was done prior to 1993.

I doubt it, though I haven't looked that hard. A relative was in during the fallout of the Watts riots and they got real uppity during that time, allegedly worse than today. There were constant very racial fights in lower enlisted barracks and whatnot that he was involved in. Anyway, nothing really came of that in terms of implicit bias training or what have you. In the last couple decades, it's my opinion that the US military is the closest the world will ever be to a post racial society, save the french foreign legion or something maybe.

I think this is mostly because even our black population, especially in the mechanical, electrical, computer, etc fields are all weeded down to the talented tenth before they even join. Almost everyone is at least a little nerdy, and uppity thuggish blacks are essentially nonexistent. All the other races I've found to be functionally equal in both performance and discipline, and those compiled charts at least decently back that up.

Not any more! With this out they will have a 'burner white man' available to absorb the punishment of the crimes a black commits so as to make things equal.

Ohh, like a whipping boy or just a fall guy.. that's even better because it only works on empathetic people. I never thought of that, here I was thinking of how they'll justify continuing busting a disproportionate amount among the races, there you go giving them ideas that make sense. Promote now!
