It won't be long until we are actually having to fight machines. This sort of thing does concern me. They can talk about human control and safety all they want, but they have opened pandora's box and it will surely be down hill from here. With that being said... in todays precrime doctrine and open sourced platforms, it is only a matter of time before anyone can utilize the services of a "killbot". I worry about governments targeting their own citizens over the pretense of "security" and "counter terrorism". bad goys, watch out.
