Nepal is a place I highly recommend visiting. It's whole economy / culture is about catering to tourists. They have a small little tourist town / area called Thamel. And you can set up for a trek up some of Mt Everest. You can also rent dirtbikes there for like $8 / day and just drive everywhere. Crazy good cheap food, crazy cheap hotels. I'd recommend just taking a month off in the summer or more.
