Abortion should be mandatory for anyone on welfare. I'd rather spend a few tax dollars ripping those little monsters apart in the womb than hundreds of thousands feeding, housing, clothing, educating (ha), treating them medically and incarcerating them for the rest of their lives and then paying for their funerals at the end.
