Even if all of the telemetry and data harvesting were stripped out and primary focus was turned to empowering ME to maximize control and utilization of MY hardware it's still inferior. Bad design and innovation dead two decades now. Too late. They are destined to be a footnote to history of an important era. Nothing more.
That is like 10% of the problem. As soon as I am forced to use Windows step 1 is to make it look like Windows 7 with NT Workstation classic. This requires downloading stuff that should already fucking be chosable in the config. Something that also needs fixed is running almost the entire system as admin. Seriously. I am a local admin on every system I got that the employer gives me but I am still running terminals and other applications as administrator just to make it work.
I think microstreetshitter has been putting more restrictions on folders via updates.
