Fixing to run away from my problems for a week or two, enjoy prestigious nature the likes of which I have yet to see, and hopefully meet some stand-up people. Would like to make the trip in July, though it would more likely be August or early September. I would likely spend most of my time in Marquette. Is the UP still a White paradise?

I'm sitting in a park currently at the US Canadian border and if I go west I enter the UP. If I go east I enter into the Mitten. One thing I've noticed there's a lot of white trash floating around here. So that would make me assume that there's a lot of meth or fentanyl use. There's also some nice people too. I'd imagine the summer is going to have a shit ton of bugs and humidity, but if you're ready for that then it's all good. Right now it's foggy and drizzly and pretty awful, but there's no bugs. Maybe consider doing the coastal drive into Minnesota? I just did that and it was actually quite nice.

Well there's going to White shit and niggers everywhere. In certain part of the country is it's pretty benign. I've just found in pretty much any large city or even medium size city it's just filled with human filth. Your best bet is to go off into the country but then on the flip side of that then you get redneck trash. Maybe rent a camper if you can afford to and just try to find free camping in the UP**** so you don't have to deal with awful human beings.
