That's cool.. but they'll likely never have a ribeye thick enough for my preference on display at meat counters or this vending machine. My local butcher knows exactly what I'm going to ask for and starts preparing a 1-1/2" cut when I show up. Awesome dude. In fact, that's exactly where I'm going this weekend.
