Looks like a brute force attack. Security questions should be a redirect, so the actual user isn't fucked.
I don't think this is putt or any other staff. I think someone is trying to guess my pwd and voat locks the account automatically. I saw this message before, I really had entered the wrong password several tines. But not today. First attempt, the message pops.
