It's possible that you have a handful of legit users left on their own for some reasons, and a couple of "targets" lost in a sea of sock puppets
Idk for sure I don't hang over there, but I have an idea of what's potentially going on
I gave up trying to do anything meaningful there some time ago and deleted my post account. I still have a read-only account, but it doesn't post or do anything but read.
The site seems to be more stable now, but it still has issues.
