it's supposedly a video that exists, taken from Epstein island or another similar operation, that shows Killary and her side chick Huma with a child being tortured/strapped down and they cut off the face of a child (yes the face), and she essentially starts taunting the child with it to scare the shit out of her and pump her fear/adrenaline. This being part of the andrenochrome harvesting conspiracy.
