I can cure this argument of censorship. IS what they are saying True and can they prove it? If they are Lying, they should be censored and if they are simply passing on the Truth, censorship is 'communism'. This leads me to MSM and their constant Lies on every subject. Why are they allowed to Lie, with zero proof? A statement of Opinion, should never be censored.

Freedom of speech means that you are allowed to lie. Now, when it snows to products, services, etc... That's another thing.

BS. Lying is how MSM has covered up the crimes of Our Gov. against the People and the Constitution. They hide behind and use the freedom of the 1st Amendment, to KILL IT with Lies.

All true but they still operate in the "gray" zone. If you have seen any cable tv in the last decade all of the news shows start with some very quick text or spoken word "for entertainment purposes only" then they act like they are the news. People are dumb and fall into the trap.

1st amendment allows for lies or even for speaking without knowing if something is true or not. There are limitations but lying is not one of them unless it is related to very specific context.
