BS. Lying is how MSM has covered up the crimes of Our Gov. against the People and the Constitution. They hide behind and use the freedom of the 1st Amendment, to KILL IT with Lies.
All true but they still operate in the "gray" zone. If you have seen any cable tv in the last decade all of the news shows start with some very quick text or spoken word "for entertainment purposes only" then they act like they are the news. People are dumb and fall into the trap.
1st amendment allows for lies or even for speaking without knowing if something is true or not. There are limitations but lying is not one of them unless it is related to very specific context.

I get it. That pisses you off. Im not happy about it either but "false speech" (lies) are still free speech. The context matters when it comes to the law but that is it. Unless you think that you are the single source of what is true or false?
