@AOU On a whim I goggled "ger" like nigger, ginger in Hebrew. Ger a temporary inhabitant, a newcomer lacking inherited rights of foreigners in Israel, though conceded rights lacking inherent rights...Isn't that slave? Sure fits the bill. Israel, weren't they doing the slave trade? Then I looked up different variations of ga, as in nigga Ga'ah to rise up, grow up, be exalted in triumph So in hebrew, the incanation is a nigger would be a foreign slave while a nigga is someone who rose up and is no longer a slave. Totally concidental ... I'm sure it's the same in English, but I am so dumb can't find any references (outside of Latin) to ger as a suffix. If this doesn't prove my point about the jews creating the word nigger , I don't know what would. We don't have that shit in English.
