Men don't want to serve under someone they couldn't possibly understand. They just look like crazy people to most of the men who would actually fight in a war. The thought of fighting under the command of someone who denies basic reality is terrifying. The thought of fighting under a command structure with such self obsessed people is terrifying. What other basic realities are they willing to ignore, and will they cost me my life? Men can understand the motivations of the men above them. They can feel confident in their chain of command. If you want men to go die for you, then the organization needs to cater to the needs of inherently violent men, not trannnies and women.
