If they don't like the trucks being fat, then don't make laws that insist the trucks engine being that size needs to be in a chassis that wide. That's your green new deal right there. I'm not a fan of it either. We had a little four banger Ranger when I was younger, and that thing was awesome for being as small as it was. I wish we could get some turbo V6 trucks in that size, and it's certainly possible, but thanks to regulations...
