I have a twitter account, which is practically empty (no followers/followings), a dummy account if you will, which I only use to access or view tweets, if it ever comes to that I will simply not use twitter, the same happened with facebook, I remember them asking for a selfie to verify my identity when I never uploaded a single photo, ever.
