I agree that the far right will get upset if Twitter is truly neutral.

However...

They will be less upset when Twitter is truly neutral.

Folks shouldn't look too deeply into this tweet. It mean the pendulum is about to swing a bit more to the right towards neutral meaning it will become more hospitable for the far right.
