Yep I've lost all optimism at this point. People in our own government want the US to enforce a no fly zone and start WWIII over kiked Ukraine.

Have you ever read Dostoevsky's books? Maybe you should actually think and do research rather than doing a google search and relying on the 'research' of others.

Go and read Crime and Punishment. I know it is big and thick. When I was young I always heard from people how dry and boring the book is. My older brother had to read it for 8th grade English but it was pulled from the curriculum by the time I got there. My mother made me read it anyway. They don't want you to actually read it because it contains 'Wrong Thought'. They just want you to listen to people who claim to have read it.

While I admit the above quote is not word for word... it is actually summarizing what is probably an entire chapter of text... Anyone who has actually read it knows that this quote is spot on as if it had come directly from his lips. I bet if I were to re-read it there is a passage nearly identical to this quote but with a bunch of useless story context mixed in.

This is the same as quoting MLK as saying "I have a dream that one day we will live in a nation where we will not be judged by the color of our skin but by the content of our character."

MLK never said that exact sentence. It was a 30min speech... and although he said things similar, he never said that exact string of words. But The quote is still accurate in my opinion.
