When OldVoat closed, they all came here. That in itself wasn't bad, but a lot of them started trying the fuckery that made OldVoat a toxic place towards the end. When they were called out on that and asked to stop, they got salty and mad. Things like the whatever sub being locked were a direct result of that mess - many of them simply didn't even bother trying to figure out where a post went and shat up the board with garbage put wherever. As soon as NewVoat (voat dot xyz) came online, they all went there and harped about how this place was hurting their feelings. They're still salty about it for whatever reason. It's a better place for them. AOU tends to keep things pretty tight here, but system (the upgoat owner / mod) takes a "I ain't doing shit" approach to the place and lets the kids run wild.
