milkit (ruqqus.com), banned today for "exile evasion and multivoting"
His ban was originally a temp ban (archive.vn), but it later got changed to a permaban (archive.vn) (I don't know why Some (ruqqus.com) users said (ruqqus.com) that it was because he used alts to evade his ban).
After he was permabanned, his guilds got sieged (archive.vn). Examples: +TheMemery (ruqqus.com) (Modlog (archive.vn)), +RealNews (ruqqus.com)
(Edit: A few days ago, they made it so guilds with banned guildmasters can immediately be sieged again.)
(Edit 2: kek suggests changing the siege mechanism by making it a Google form (Comment 1 (ruqqus.com), comment 2 (ruqqus.com)) or by making it so users in a guild have to approve a request to become a guildmaster (Comment (ruqqus.com)))
