Do they require the donor to be vaxxed also? Because you’re going to get the vax if the donor was compliant. She has a death sentence no matter what, she’s just trying to get the most amount of time, and from her perspective, taking contaminated lungs is worth the risk, but taking a full dose of the poison could kill her in her degraded state. I feel sorry for her, she’s screwed either way.

Yes, they do. If the donor is not also injected, they'll refuse to do the transplant.

The objective is to force all to be injected in order to live (temporarily), not to save lives or prevent potential illness.
