Once a girl has met her aunt flo, she's at an age to consider ready. That doesn't mean that she's mentally prepared, but that's the job of the mother. I see nothing wrong with a 15 year old getting married. We've been conditioned to consider people children until they are 24, and that's unfortunate.
Children until 24? Try 40. Most millennial hipster couples are still attached to their parents apron strings as they themselves pass grandparent age.
