Sorry, but that's not possible. Liberals love conservative states. They love the safety, the prosperity, the cleanliness, the friemdliness. They just want their particular degeneracy to be allowed, and to facilitate that they want everyone's degeneracy to be allowed. But very few of them have a desire for all the degeneracy. All they really want is to indulge in thier particular desires. So restricting all degeneracy only effects them to a small degree. That is a small price to pay to live in a state that is not a shithole because everyone's degeneracy is allowed and all the consequences of all of them pile up. You can never scare the libtards away.
