It's a simple question. What do you mean when you say no censorship? If the concept is so easy to define why are you so resistant to defining it? A bad actor can lower the s/n ratio to the point where the service becomes unusable. For example they can flood the site with gibberish or gpt-3 bots, overwhelming normal users. Any site that allows such 'free speech' will quickly become unusable.
