You do not have to be a citizen to participate, but citizens may be more trustworthy and can be held responsible by Helicoptarian Constitocracy judges. **How to use it** Due to the nature of this subverse it should be used with an anonymous account over TOR. The TOR browser is as easy to install and use as any other browser and works perfectly with Poal. This post will be kept updated with various information, service overviews, rewards and requests so be sure to check it from time to time or if you are looking for something.
